Automated collection from user TON wallets

An exchange may operate hundreds of user deposit wallets. Leaving funds distributed across them increases operational and security risk.

A collection process moves spendable balances into a controlled set of treasury wallets while respecting network fees, reservations, limits and active operations.

Calculate what can actually be moved

Spendable balance

Subtract reserved amounts and the TON required for fees before creating a collection operation.

Minimum threshold

Skip uneconomic transfers and record the reason instead of silently ignoring the wallet.

Collector capacity

Do not exceed configured treasury balance limits or concentrate everything in one destination.

Active-operation check

A wallet already participating in collection or withdrawal cannot be selected concurrently.

Batches instead of uncontrolled transfers

Candidates are grouped into bounded batches with a lifecycle, progress counters and per-wallet results. Operators can see which transfers succeeded, failed or were skipped and why.

  1. Select candidates

Apply threshold, reserve, role, lock and collector-capacity rules.

    Rules · locks · capacity
  2. Create the batch

Freeze the selected set and assign an idempotent operation to each wallet.

    Batch · operation · idempotency
  3. Execute and monitor

Send transfers through queues with rate limits and blockchain status checks.

Queue · rate limit · confirmation
  4. Reconcile

Compare expected and actual balances, retry recoverable errors and escalate ambiguous results.

    Reconciliation · retry · review

Automatic triggering and treasury resilience

Threshold events

A confirmed deposit can schedule collection immediately when the wallet crosses its configured threshold.

Scheduled sweep

Periodic scans catch wallets missed because of provider or queue outages.

Collector rotation

Several treasury wallets can be selected by health, capacity and policy instead of one permanent destination.

Technology and delivery

Collection Thresholds · Batches · spendable balance · collector limits
Operations Queues · Locks · confirmations · retries · reconciliation · monitoring

Expected result

A predictable treasury process that consolidates user-wallet funds without consuming reserved balances, duplicating transfers or overloading a collector wallet.

Discuss your project

If you have a project involving Python, Laravel, Node.js, CRM, Telegram, AI/RAG, API integrations, automation or TON/GRAM logic, send me a short description of what you need.

You can simply explain what exists now, what is not working, what outcome you expect and which services are already involved.
